Our focus is not whether messaging is implemented online & offline, but that it’s well-presented and correctly used in the medium, meaningful, strategically aligned, and understood across all customer touch points.

I believe the purpose of a Brand is to provide conclusive reasons that compel customers to make a purchase choice among many at varied price points. It’s not a commodity; it's momentum earned by gaining the trust, and thus the acceptance and loyalty of customers (and their two friends, and so on and so on). At the core of brand is style – the creative presentation and transmittal of a brand owner’s ideas and values. It's based upon the design, production and technology of branded products and services. In all instances it’s about truth – if for no other reason than that with the Web, there’s no place to hide. And it’s communicated with focused consistency in the best and most appropriate manner.
